Jim Wilson er en velkjent systemisk psykoterapeut og lærer. Han jobber nå i Caerleon, Sør-Wales. Han har praktisert som terapeut i over tretti år og er tidligere leder for The Family Institute i Cardiff (nå ved University of South Wales). Han har også ledet Centre for Child Focused Practice ved Institute of Family Therapy (IFT) London.

Jim er forfatter av bøker og artikler om familieterapi og da spesielt med fokus på barn og unge. Han har besøkt utdanningen vår en rekke ganger og tilbakemeldingene fra studentene er svært gode.
